I'm 17 weeks pregnant with my first child, I'm eighteen years old, and I have an anxiety disorder (amongst other things), but I've been getting 'cramps' for about 2-3 weeks now? By that I mean extremely awful pain in my lower back, hips, or legs. I've heard this could be a sign of complications in pregnancy and it's worrying me to death! It happens but doesn't stay for too long, I just need to move and stretch my muscles out (or so my partner says). As for the leg cramp, it's fairly rare, only had it 2-3 times in the whole pregnancy but it tends to last for a while.
I do spend the majority of my time inside doing well... virtually nothing, aside from some chores, going to the loo and getting something to eat. So I figured it could be due to lack of movement/exercise? I would honestly say I'm quite unfit.
The exercise I used to do is too strenuous to do whilst I'm pregnant, so I'm not really sure what to do. I live in a village with little transport, so a gym is out of the question.
Lastly, I think I have a head cold. Headache, light hurts my eyes, mild earache, need to blow my nose every two and a half seconds, I'm sure you know the deal. It's pretty awful and I'm struggling to sleep more than ever, apart from honey and lemon would anyone suggest anything for this? And it wouldn't hurt the baby would it?
Sorry for the long post, just needed some advice and wondered if anyone else also suffers/suffered from this.
