Tummy bug and "old blood" at 32 weeks

I was wondering if anyone could help me...................... Sorry if there's TMI!

I don't know if I'm being a panic arse or not!

Last night I had diarraih (sp?) and tummy cramps etc, there's been a bug going around DSs school and he was a bit off yesterday.

So, this morning I feel ok, weak, tired and a bit shaky but no more diarriah. When I went to the loo about 2 hours ago I'd lost some brown blood.

I rang a MW and she said whilst any loss in pregnancy is normal not to worry as it's old and if I have anymore or anything else happens to ring her back.

Thing is, I'm bloody worried now. This is baby no3 and I've never had a loss like that before. I have lower back ache and lots of slight tummy pains and cramps which are more than likely the after effects of the "tummy bug" but I'm still panicking.

I don't know what to do, I don't want to pester them and ring back because nothing else has happened but I don't feel reassured at all.

Bumping for you. Any chance it was a show? I'd call the midwives back if you're not happy, I'm sure they won't mind trying to put your mind at ease.
