Please .... is anyone else THIS tired at 8 weeks???

OK, I know 'tiredness' is one of the first symptoms listed in the first trimester - but - God I'm knackered!

I'm not overweight, and i havn't even got morning sickness (my sympathy goes out to all who have) and i'm only doing normal housework and shopping ect.

I'm up at 6 to get the rest of the family to school and work, I'm 42, and fit and healthy, and i'm having to be in bed before 9 'cos i cant keep my eyes open.

As i'm writting this i'm loving the excuse to sit down for a bit AGAIN.

So ... do we think it's realy normal to just want this much to sleep, and sleep, and 'yawn' .... sleep?

Am feeling you pain. 9+5 today. Just had this debate with course leader from the course i'm doing, cannot cope with work load, working and toddler. They are not being sympathetic! Gonna give it up all together i think, something needs to give!

Yep! I'm 6 weeks + 3 and have recently been shattered by about 7pm. No sickness though so I'm counting myself lucky!

My first trimester with DS the screen at work kept blurring in front of my eyes, I would open up spreadsheets and sit for 10 mins blankly trying to work out WTF was going on, when before I knew them inside out.

I couldn't believe how tired I was!!
