Is it a boy??

I had really bad morning sickness with my DD at this stage (6+6) but almost nothing this time? Is it possible that the baby will be another girl, and I'm just coping much better with the pregnancy this time, or does the difference mean that it's almost certainly a boy? Anyone else had any experience of bad morning sickness with one and not the other?

I had morning sickness with DD and nothing with DS, I also went off coffee with DD and didn't with DS, this isn't scientific mind just my experience. I am pregnant again and have gone off coffee and have bad sickness. Still not going to second guess whether it is a boy or girl just yet.

Friend of mine just found out she's having a second boy. She was convinced she was having a girl because she had really bad morning sickness this time. I think second pregnancy is always different to the first, & it has nothing to do with sex of baby...

I have had horrific morning sickness / hyperemesis this time, was hospitalised at one point and needed drugs to keep anything down for the first 4 months. I only had nauseau for the first 10 weeks and the odd vomiting spell with my first pregnancy, but nothing I couldn't function through. We are expecting boy number 2 - I was surprised when the 20 week scan revealed this, but 2 subsequent scans have confirmed it. I'm therefore not sure that you can read much into how sick you are.

I know that a lot of people with girls have had worse morning sickness with a girl than boys.

However I am currently 22 weeks with DC3 which according to the scan is a girl and I've had less ms with this one than with my two boys.

I had bad MS (HG) with DS and nothing with DD, this time I have medium MS so I have been thinking this one is a boy but to me it only matters as to whoose clothes I get down.

But on the other hand I though DS was a girl, thought DD was a boy Confused

I had horrendous morning sickness until week 21 with ds, and only until week 11 with dd.

I wouldn't hang your hat on it too much.

TERRIBLE morning sickness with all 3 daughters.

NO morning sickness at all this time - don't know the sex yet - so ... unconclusive lol

DaisyDaresYOU · 03/03/2011 12:50

Dps car.Der!! Silly me

mumcanIaskaquestion · 03/03/2011 15:30

2 DD's and 1 DS no morning sickness for any.

Particles · 03/03/2011 15:50

I had no sickness at all with ds (well, once!) and none this time yet so either I have another blue one on the way or I'm just an un-sicky pregnant woman! My mum also said she had less sickness when pregnant with my brother than with me.
