14 stone!!! Holy shit!

I started at 10 stone 8lbs, a perfectly acceptable weight, BMI 24.

I'm 39 weeks pg so hopefully won't put too much more on before baby comes. I can't believe I've put on 3 and a half stone!! I don't even look fat . . . well, I don't think I do, but there MUST be at least 2 stone of lard hanging around me somewhere.

FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you are carrying
6 extra pints of blood
a 3 or 4 pound placenta
lots of water
and about 8 pounds of baby!

please stop worrying about this - it is scary to see your body change so much, but it will go back to the way it was before (eventualy!)

good luck

Big weight gain = healthy weight baby!

Don't panic ... in Italy women try to gain as much weight as possible! Smile

You're not alone!! I put on 3 and a half with both ds1 and ds2 and I'm 27 weeks in to my 3 and a half stone with ds3!

Doesn't seem to matter whether I eat healthily or pig out, I just put it on. Managed to get rid of the flab eventually both times before so hopefully I will this time.
