First midwife appointment Question from clueless 1st timer

Hi there,

I have a booking in appointment tomorrow and I think I have to take a sample - Dr gave me a bottle so I suppose that's what I have to do but my question is - does it need to be the first pee of the day or is any time ok?

I did first pee but only so I could remember. As it is probably to test for UTI anytime should be fine imo.
