Gift for newborn boy when had a girl first?

Hi,
So my friend has just had a baby boy and am wracking my brains as to what to get her as a useful gift - she has all the baby toys she could want from the first time round. My first thought was boy babygrows or clothes for 3 months plus? What do you think? What was your most useful gift second time round? Also, on a budget so nothing too pricey please.
Thanks

Clothes are a great idea, especially older sizes. You get so much newborn stuff given, 3 months plus is a great idea.

My best present was a Dotty P giftcard Grin, I had no choice but to buy for me!

Clothes are always useful, especially in a bigger size as most babies tend to wear sleepsuits for at least the first few weeks.

Something I am secretly hoping for when DC3 arrives in a few weeks is a massage or facial. Maybe she'd like a voucher? Or one of those kits where you can make a mould of the baby's footprint? Or a nice photo album?

In my experience people take loads of photos/footprints/handprints of first borns, simply because you have no other DC to worry about and you have the time. I have much fewer photos etc of my second baby, and now with the third I am due soon and have done no preparation at all. Am too busy with the other two!
