got my scan later and today and not sure if i need my (already quite extensive) notes.
will take them unles you all tell me i dont need to bother!

take them! always ask for them for notes! yes more notes!

They always want your notes at each visit, incl. scans - they leave comments and put the scan results in there. Best not forget!
