Pregnancy or antibiotics?

I've just had IVF and am now 9 days post transfer. I had 3 blastocysts put back. This would be just over 2 weeks since conception ie around period time if it were a normal cycle.

I've had severe morning sickness in my 3 previous pregnancies but it doesn't normally start til week 6-8. Have been feeling sick all day for the last 3 days - today was actually sick.

Also I'm on antibiotics - nitrofurantoin - for a UTI. I've only ever taken these while pg so don't know if they normally make me feel sick!

So I'm wondering surely this is too early for morning sickness? Could it be the antibiotics? Can't test til tues so going slightly mad. And also terrified that if this is ms it'll mean a multiple....

With DD2 I had morning sickness very early (nearly conception). I was scared of multiple but she was the only one too.
I had antibio on very early too, they didn't make me sicker or sick at all. But that one is personal, have you ever felt sick with antibiotics before?
hope everything is going to be the way you want it.

never felt sick on antibiotics before no. just didn't think it was possible to feel sick so soon. but have been pg so many times I guess I coud be hypersensitive to hcg.

The way I want it is a healthy baby in the end - or two.

Hope it works out!

Thanks Schrodingers - today I realise it's not the antibiotics. DOn't think they would make me eat 3 packets of Wotsits on the trot.... Hurdle no 1 out the way!
