Sorry in advance - I don't normally discuss this sort of thing!

About 3 times a day I'm having a sort of small gush of wet clear discharge. The same sort of stuff that is completely normal to get - just lots of it and wetter! It feels a bit wrong. Is ot okay? I'm slightly worried it's some kind of fluid it shouldn't be?

Thanks.Sorry if TMI.

Don't worry about the TMI, that's what mumsnet is all about! LOL

t's quite normal to get lots of extra discharge when you're pregnant - something to do with hormones and cervix relaxing or something! I wore pantyliners and changed them several times a day, ALways do good ones as they're still a bit absorbent. As long as it's not smelly or itchy or anything it's quite normal. HTH.

Here, found this link for you

Ok well at 14 weeks it's v unlikely to be waters leaking so it's just a case of putting up with it. You do get extra discharge when pg as others have said.

BarbieLovesKen · 26/02/2011 19:33

I've had this in every one of my 3 healthy pregnancies (including this current one!!), I second theborrower - once its clear, not smelly or itchy its normal

Thanks so much theborrower. That's a great link and very reassuring. I shall invest in some pads.

sorry - thanks also northernlurker and barbielovesken. Your replies hadn't showed up when I last posted for some reason. I'm glad it's all normal.
