Quick question about paracetamol

Hi all just wondered if you take paracetamol then throw them up 10mins later can you take more or do you have to wait four hours. I have a banging headache and a noisy shift in a pub to go to. I don't know if I'll last til the four hours are up!

this is what my gp has said about my anti-sick tablets.

Unless i vomit them back pretty quickly (5 - 10mins max) AND see the tablet in the vomit, im not allowed any more...

I agree with nannyl. If you cant physically see the tablets then dont take any more.
