Its my third pregnancy and since having my ds2 i havent done any exercise and now i am pregnant again even walking to the shop kills me!! Im not too overweight, just un-fit!
I am almost 20 weeks and so tired all the time with a toddler so dont know what to do...i attempt pregnancy yoga dvds but lose the will after 5 mins with little on jumping on me! Also its too wet to get the motivation to go out for a walk!
Im worried the birth will be awful this time due to this and my lower back is aching already from carrying ds2 around!
Would a personal trainer be any use or should i just wait until after the birth and just push myself to get out walking more?
