Its my third pregnancy and since having my ds2 i havent done any exercise and now i am pregnant again even walking to the shop kills me!! Im not too overweight, just un-fit!

I am almost 20 weeks and so tired all the time with a toddler so dont know what to do...i attempt pregnancy yoga dvds but lose the will after 5 mins with little on jumping on me! Also its too wet to get the motivation to go out for a walk!

Im worried the birth will be awful this time due to this and my lower back is aching already from carrying ds2 around!

Would a personal trainer be any use or should i just wait until after the birth and just push myself to get out walking more?

Are you able to go swimming? This would make you feel more toned, be pretty refreshing, not hurt your back too much, but may or may not be possible with a toddler in tow I'm not sure!
