I stupdily ate a bowl of lentil soup for lunch that I made last week. I can now tell that it's rancid as it smells horrid. I've throwing up a few times since and had the runs too. I think baby is wiggling but I only feel them with stomach cramps. I'm trying to keep my fluids up but really don't want to eat. I'm not sure whether to ride it out or to contact the out of ours GP/ maternity triage at my booking hospital? What would you do? I feel a bit stupid contacting doctors for something pretty minor but I don't want to over look something for the baby's sake!

i'd go and they will test you for listerea and salmonella as both can cause problems with bub. so better to know if you need to be concerned or not.
