  1. I have a 'sick day' where I'm run down/tired and cannot manage to get going, and feel very low/depressed, cannot manage to eat much.
  2. I'm cold most of the day and cannot get warm, tho I don't have a fever.
  3. I have pains (like muscle being stretched too long/far) in my womb area or inside the pelvic shield on left side.
  4. Low grade headache, just enough to register and be slightly distracting, but not enough that I feel I need a pill/pain killer.
  5. Next morning I spot red blood.
This happens every 5 days or so.

Back info: 2nd pregnancy (first, no problems except late/post pregnancy anaemia). Currently 13.5 weeks. 1st occurrence was week 11... doctor believed (when pressed as to why there'd be so much blood) broken blood vessel after the initial 'episode' with quite a bit of blood. (after initial large bleed it's been mostly just spotting, and can be handled with a thin panty liner) Blood pressure normal when checked. I do think, sometimes, I can feel baby movement, but I'm not entirely sure yet.
Oh and we're in Germany and still waiting for EHIC card so I can go in again to the doctors without having to pay once more.

What are your thoughts? Just a 'stressed vessel' which is perhaps continuing to split and bleed a bit? And is perhaps 'bruised' in that area? Something else?
Anyone else experience similar during their pregnancies?
What should I be looking for -if anything?

I was positive I had miscarried in week 11 as I had terrible cramps too at that point. I'll be honest to say that I've not recovered my confidence in the pregnancy since then. We've not given the baby a nickname or anything tho by this point with the first we were giggling happily and talking about first names...

Sorry bebe, must be a worry. Have you actually had a scan so they can check on baby's heartbeat? If so, I believe that at 11 weeks it would be very unlikely to be mc if you have a strong heartbeat at that stage.
I am pregnant with my fourth and I couldn't feel movement until about 17/18 weeks so not sure if you can feel them as early as 13 weeks?
A scan is the only real way to know what is happening, we can pay for a private one here, which I did due to previous mc, cost us about £100, not sure if that is an option for you?

Had a scan with the doctor at 11 weeks yes. Baby was in there and squirming about. (I was in such shock to see the little thing that literally my jaw dropped I just shook my head; I couldn't believe it was alive)
I suppose I really just ought to go back in deal with the additional costs. It was 200euros last time...

Sorry you're having such a hard time. I had a very similar sounding pregnancy. Big bleed at 16 weeks and then continued to bleed once a week for the whole of the next trimester. It become frighteningly regular. Felt similar to what you're describing although eventually put headaches and fatigue down to the stress. Despite numerous stays in hospital never discovered the cause although DD was born happy and healthy.

Yes it could well be stress winefairy, causing some of the symptoms as things have not been smooth sailing exactly since we've been in Germany...(in part because the day after we arrived I had the bleed)
I shall try to take heart from your experience.
