Hiya peeps, am 37 weeks this week and today I felt an almost palpable movement of the baby while walking and my pelvis is now REALLY sore, hurts to cross my legs, stand up etc, I've definitely adopted the 'waddle'. I didnt have this at all in my first pg (bar the expected discomfort towards the end)...what the hell is it? Has it engaged? Is it burrowing its way out with a spoon? Am i going to look this stupid for the last few weeks?????

Perhaps your pelvic ligaments have now relaxed - google spd or pgp...?

My groin and pubic area has hurt for a few weeks now and am only 33 weeks! I think your baby has turned its self around and the head is engaged? I had a scan last week due to thinking I had started labour! The consultant said the head was down explains the pain and pressure! Think this is maybe what is up with you? Good luck hope it is as at least the baby is ready Smile
