...i'm trying to find out an old rhyme that says about the personality traits of a child depending on which day of the week they are born. All i remember is that "Wednesday's child is full of woe" (and i only know that because i was born on a wednesday!). Can anyone help with either the full rhyme, or at least what Monday's child is, as my baby son was born on a Monday nearly 3 weeks ago and i'd like to write it in his keepsake birth book. Thanks x

Mondays child is fair of face,
Tuesdays child is full of grace,
Wednesdays child is full of woe,
Thursdays child has far to go,
Fridays child is loving and giving,
Saturdays child works hard for his living,
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.

Just found this, hth. x

loverly - mine was born on a Synday - he's bonny and blithe, and good - bit early to tell whether or not he's gay
