www.advancedfertility.com/earlypre.htm

My hcg levels were 71 at 3+5 in my last pregnancy.
The most important thing is that your hcg levels roughly double every 24hrs.

Spotting/bleeding is more common in early pregnancy than people realise. I've had bleeding in 5 out of 6 of my pregnancies.... often very heavy bleeding too.

Fingers crossed everything will be ok.

An update.

Turns out I have an ectopic preg. Spent most of lat week in hospital getting scans and blood tests. I was also given the injection on Sat and I have to go back to hosp every fews to make sure my hcg is lowering.

Devasted. We also cant try again for another 3-4 months.

I'm so sorry to hear your pregnancy was ectopic Sad .

I too had an ectopic in December 2009, i lost my tube Sad ..... this was due to the hospital misdiagnosing it as a miscarriage & sending me home & by the time it was discovered (3wks later) it had gone too far for medication.

Give yourself time, you need a few months to grieve for your baby & to get your head around your ectopic.

I fell pregnant in April 2010 & have a healthy baby boy.... who i class as my little miracle as i'd had 4 miscarriages & then the ectopic.

I hope that in a few months time when you can try again, that you get pregnant quickly & have a healthy & successful pregnancy. x

Oh ffs Brack what a complete shit for you.

I posted on your other thread - I miscarried at the weekend too (and had an ectopic last May) so I know how horrendous you must be feeling.

Tbh I needed 3-4 months off ttc after the ep (although I didn't want to wait either). You do need time emotionally as it's such a scary thing to go through.

You may not even see this msg now, but hugs from me.

Thank you both for your messages.

Hugs to youtakingtome hopw your ok.

Hopefully we both can get some better luck later in the year. x
