Hi Ladies,

I'm just over 10 weeks and feeling really run down, tired, nauseous etc etc.

When did people generally find a 'new lease' of life? Please tell me its going to be one day soon where I wake up feeling human, and continue to feel that way for most of the day? Oh and that I can think of something other than sleeping or eating?

grrrrrr i am not enjoying this!

midwife told me at 12 to 14 weeks... i'm 9 + 6 and feeling yuck too

TallulahDoesTheHula · 14/02/2011 15:59

Im almost 14 weeks and this last week I have felt almost human. Before that I constantly felt like shit.
I have high hopes that in a week or two I will actually be feeling ok Smile

I'm 16weeks and just starting to feel better. i was like you both really struggling and just wanting to sleep all the time. It does get better even though when my midwife told me that i didnt believe her! Good luck!

Hi, I have been really exhausted and being sick for weeks, I'm now 15 weeks pregnant and have just turned a corner, not 100% but definitely have lots more energy and haven't been sick for a week! It feels like a miracle!

Hang in there...I know it feels like it's never going to get better but just look after yourself, if you've got to sleep you've got to sleep (I've had weeks of a 7-8pm bedtime!)

SarahJinx · 14/02/2011 16:52

All, I truly sympathise, I'm 30 weeks now and had a horrendous early time of it, but, was a brand new woman on the dot of 16 weeks, totally.

most peolpe start to feel better between 14 - 17 weeks, hang on in there ladies, the weeks after are truly worth it x

lolajane2009 · 14/02/2011 16:57

can i ask if it is nomal for morning sickness to get worse throughout the day and on eating?

sorry to hijack but i'm curious

nannyl · 14/02/2011 16:59

Im 9+6 too Smile waves

also feeling horrific and in my 4th week off work now...

cant wait to feel better / hungry and not be sick every single day

Wombat33 · 14/02/2011 17:04

Lola mine gets worse through the day and when I eat too. Though it's worst when I eat after a long time of not eating (except in the mornings when it's mostly fine) if you follow Smile It's just a crazy time isn't it?! FX we're all feeling better soon.

CPtart · 14/02/2011 17:18

Brings back memories...........I was sick for 9 months of my 2nd pregnancy and by term, had only put on half a stone. Constantly felt like I was being "poisoned"!!

lolajane2009 · 14/02/2011 17:23

thankyou wombat, i thought that was only me.

lol since hubby has been cooking for me that could be possible, foood poisoning. it is even worst that even a trip around the supermarket knackers me out.

salander · 14/02/2011 17:27

14 weeks and I felt totally normal again. Almost overnight. Hope you feel better soon.

bishboschone · 14/02/2011 17:30

about 14 weeks I started to feel better. I felt soo ill for first 13 so I can sympathise. Hardly feel pregnant now if it was for expanding stomach(and bottom) :(

PukeyMummy · 14/02/2011 18:34

I'm now 14 weeks and starting to turn the corner.

Last time around the nausea didn't completely go until 20 weeks but after that I felt fabulous.

PukeyMummy · 14/02/2011 18:35

This time around, I have only thrown up in the evenings, if that helps.

lolajane2009 · 15/02/2011 14:37

anyone else this first trimester is like the world's worst hangover?

FluffyDonkey · 15/02/2011 15:01

I'm currently 7 weeks and feel sick all the time and puke mornings and evenings.

pinkyblueish · 15/02/2011 17:01

Hey Ladies..
Im 10 weeks today and feeling pretty worse for wear also. The anxiety is horrible and the nausea n vomitting. I have realised though that the earlier i get up and get on with it the better though, Try and eat even a dry cracker or two before 9am, to get ur metabolism working.
