....please god tell me it's normal to feel like your whole entire lady bits and the insides of your thighs are swollen and bruised every time you move? Please tell me this.

Not hurty to touch, just on movement - I mentioned it to GP this morning and she looked a bit bemused!

I'm 30 weeks and just want to walk around with an ice pack strapped to my lady....

Hey sarahjinx,

This sounds like it might be SPD- i had this when pregnany with my DS

Only way i can describe this pain is like being kicked repeatedly between the legs- its was very very sore, especially in bed at night , turning over was AGONY

Might be better talking to midwife, or arrange an appointment with physio- they can give you a support belt - although i didnt feel that helped me

only thing that helped me was getting lots of rest, and i found that sitting on a birthing ball/excercise ball was comforting.

Hope your ok - defo get it checked out my the midwife and dont suffer in pain - good luck x

Hi and thanks loads for your reply.

I'm ok, just a bit beweildered by it, I keep thinking there is something there but nothing, doens't hurt to touch or anything, but turning in bed is the worst! Making me think you're right, will google, but thanks again

x
