Vitamin B for nausea?

Oh help...am not even six weeks and the nausea is bringing me very low indeed, worse then first pregnancy.

I read somewhere that Vitamin B (or maybe Vitamin B5) was good at reducing nausea. If anyone has any experience, please let me know, and if you rated it, what dosage etc?

Thank you...

I'd check with a midwife/dr before taking any supplements, just to be on the safe side.
