Mmmm TMI Sorry but I think I might of just lost my plug but not really sure..

Okay, sorry don't want to make everyone's supper come up but....advice needed please?

I was sitting on the sofa and felt a small pop, so went to the loo. Pantyliner clean, so whist I was there went to the loo (both ways ) When I wiped I had some discharged and a thin line of what looked like maybe my plug, but since i'd done a poo i'm not sure..

Any advice would be great...I've been advised that my waters could break as I've got too much fluid so naturally I'm a bit concerned but either way can't do too much about it at the moment...!

God I need a glass of far TMI...!!!

My plug looked like bloody thick snot, never heard of popping with a show before, only when waters break

can be the start of the plug.
mine was 3 days before the waters went and looked a bit like custard with raspberry sauce. and it was a lot, like 2 tablespoons.

God I'm so embarrassed....it's wasn't pink, more a pale brown, hence why I'm confused as I'd done a poo!!!

Mine started to go two days before I went into labour, it didn't come away in one go either, it was little bits whenever I went to the loo.

It was an orangey brown colour, sort of like marmalade or jelly (or as I so elegantly described to the midwife "like orange snot").
