Aching all over

I've just helped DH clean out the car - I was in charge of the inside so spent an hour or so clambering over seats, hoovering, wiping and generally getting into small spots.

However, now I ache all over like I never have before! I'm usually a very fit and capable person and this has shocked me. I'm 14 weeks - is this normal? I didn't exert myself as I've done the car loads of times and always put the minimum effort in!

Hello coastgirl,

I think you've probably over done it a little bit, I get all achey when I've done to much in one day, which doesnt take much! Have a soak in the bath and an early night. Xx
