Hi

Could anyone please tell me what is the best deal they found for the bugaboo. So far, 850 seems to be the cheapest for the pram, maxi cosi car seat, adaptors, parasol, and foot muff (lullabys.co.uk).

I bought mine second hand (with warranty still on it) for £350. If you can get an ex-display one from somewhere you should be able to get it for about £650/700 I think. xx

If you are in or around the London area, buy a second-hand one from eBay or wherever and then use BuggyPitStop.co.uk to clean/overhaul it (see their website for prices).

We're possibly going to be selling our Cameleon later this year, but will be getting it cleaned by these guys first. Wish I'd known about them (assuming they existed) when we were shopping for DC1.

Other buggy valet companies might exist but they are the only ones I've heard about.

Do you really need the Cameleon though - it's very big! If you live semi-rurally or rurally and plan on walking lots, then it's a good choice for you. But if you live in a more urban area or will be putting it in the car a lot, a smaller one like a Bee might be better. We've found the Cameleon too big for us, even with a toddler (use our Maclaren more), so we're going to get the Bee.

Good advice. I am looking for the lightest pram. Not keen on the Bee as it looks flimsy. Silver cross surf is another option.
