Anyone else disappointed with the Bugaboo bee plus??

I recently bought a Bugaboo bee plus from Mothercare for my baby in May and i have to say i have been extremly disappointed with the quality.
The sun hod arrived with the stiching coming loose and the replacement hood arrived with the stiching across the hood very wonky.
The actual buggy base had one of the handle clips loose and i am waiting for a replacement one to be sent to me.
I thought Bugaboo were suppose to be a really good brand?
Has anyone else had problems with the newer version Bugaboo bee?

Sorry, don't have an answer for you but am bumping this and watching with interest as this is what we want to buy for DC2.

FWIW, we had Bugaboo Cameleon for DD and not encountered the type of issues you mentioned. Issues with the buttons on the chassis sticking/being hard to operate, but not with stitching and so on.

I too am bumping as it's what I planned to go for - I thought the improvements sounded great but this is concerning!

Also bumping as this is the pram we have ordered. Eek!

Baby isn't here yet, but my Bugaboo Bee plus looks in excellent condition. Really easy to put up/down, well put together, no issues at all. It also came from Mothercare. Maybe you just got a bit of a duff one?

I love mine and haven't had any problems at all!

Just to report back that i recieved my replacement bugaboo bee plus base yesterday and canopy and all looks good, no faults as yet, so i obviously recieved duds the first time round.
Soooo pleased as i really love this pushchair and can't wait till may to try it out :)
