Hi all sorry for tmi but I've just discovered I have a lump which I'm believing to be piles. I'm just wondering if it makes any difference during sex? I think my oh is gona be a bit grossed out but apart from that is there any positions to be avoided? Again sorry for tmi but this is my first and I have no idea lmao
