Tight feeling in my left side

Hi, these last few days i have been getting a tighting feeling on the left side of stomach. It last for about 20 seconds but is not painful just uncomfortable. Is anyone else experencing this?

It's not a stitch but i have had a few of them aswell

Mention it to your mw or gp. its probably normal but at least it will put your mind at rest x
