return of the discharge!

Hi, I was at the abour ward last week coz I had a weird on and off watery discharge. It was all fine, and it disappeared, and I had no discharge for ages. Today I woke up and my knickers had a yellowy cream bit on them, none again til about 11, then none again. For some weird reason I am paranoid its something like my waters, even though I know its most likely just my discharge back, coz it dries yellowy cream...I think its just coz it had gone for ages. Its not even loads, its just maybe about the size of a 50p at the minute.
Please can someone tell me I'm being silly, and that increased discharge is comon at about 30/31 weeks, as I know I'm going to drive myself mad for the next few days (I have ocd which makes my head think daft things as it is lol)
Someone else has had discharge which went then came back about this time right???

Sounds awfully like leukorrhea to me which is nothing at all to worry about - just an increased discharge you get in pregnancy. I wouldn't worry TBH.

If you are worried about leaky waters, you can buy a special kind of panty liner called Amniosense (online) which tests the pH. They're a bit pricey but may reassure you.

One thing I found (TMI alert) is that the hormones relax bits of you & I would get bath water trapped up there & it would come away at a later time & scare the shit out of me!! I sussed it out once I could smell roses from the bubble bath
