6 YEAR OLD JUST PUNCHED ME IN THE STOMACH!!!

Hi all,
My 6 year old just accidently punched me in the stomach, whilst play fighting with her dad.
Im 24 weeks, do you think it hurt the baby?

Nope. They're very well cushioned in there. Obviously watch out for pain/bleeding/fluid but bet you're just fine.

I think it's extraordinarily unlikely - they are built to last, you know1 But if you're worries, do you have a drop in fetal medicine centre at your hospital who could reassure you? Or phone your midwife?

No you, and the baby, will be fine.

My toddler regularly lands on my stomach, or catches me with a foot or an elbow - I'm 33 weeks - and the baby is right as rain in there :)

Sure you're both fine. My 3yr old jumped up and pushed himself off my belly in the pool and really winded me - baby totally fine, but I had to go for anti D as am Rhesus -ve.
