Pre-eclampsia paranoia

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if your pee goes a funny colour when you have pre-eclampsia? I'm sure I've read that on here before, but I can't find it. My hands are swollen, but my feet aren't. I've been noticing a funny floater in my left eye for the last week, and now my urine is green rather than yellow.

Why do you always get worried in the middle of the night??

I haven't had it but my friend has, and apart from the bad headache and swelling, she didn't have any symptoms. She didn't actually have a fit until 2 days after her baby was born, and was told the signs were there but because she had delivered they assumed it was ok. So please all mums that are at risk, be aware it can happen after baby as well.

I have been told to watch out for symptoms as my bp is medicine controlled due to it being higher. Its stayed constant at 140/80 or 90 throughout luckily. But the beta blockers I am on, also cause swelling, and numbness/tingling in fingers etc, especially if I am holding something. And I normally suffer from Migraines that won't go away without strong tablets anyway but luckily they have eased off. But it does make you worry about every little twinge.
