dairy and morning sickness

Been feeling sick since Tuesday but manageable until today (thank goodness it's the weekend). I had a lie in and got up feeling queezy, just managed a mug of milk then eventually got through some toast. was then violently sick for about an hour and a half (on and off). Had lunch and felt better but now, after dinner (ice cream pudding) I'm feeling very queezy again and think I might be sick again soon.

Is it the dairy? Anyone else found this or is it a coincidence?

I had nausea with dd1 and was sick once but nothing like this. I'm terrified it'll continue at work on monday - that will be tricky and my office isn't close to toilets.

I had an aversion to milky things (and meat) early on in my pregnancy. It didn't last too long though.

Try cutting it out/down for a day or two and see if it makes a difference. I knew pretty much straight away if something was going to make me feel more sick, so was able to avoid it after that.

Hope you're feeling better soon. MS is no fun at all!

Thank you. tbh I'm grateful to get this far - 2 weeks ago we thought I was mc or ectopic. Final check on monday for 2nd scan but sickness is bizarrely a good sign as pg is progressing.
