I am taking Pregnacare and am concerned that I perhaps don't eat enough oily fish (anything I CAN eat and keep down is a bonus right now) and have found Mumomega in Boots. The pharmacist 'did'nt see why I couldn't take both' but he didn't fill me with confidence. The bit I am concerned about in the Vitamin E. How much is too much? I am 12 wks gone.
