Oh bollockybastards. I'm 39+wks and have just developed painful piles

Sorry to say it, but pushing the baby out is going to make them worse...

Go and see your GP and get something for them urgently. Go to pharmacist in the meantime. You need them at least a bit less sore before you go into labour!

Anusol and moist toilet tissue are your new best friends. The good news is that they clear up very quickly at birth :-)
