baby movement with second pregnancy

When was the earliest anyone felt any movement with second pregnancy?

I felt movement at 18 weeks with first pregnancy, but an nearly 20 weeks with second and have felt nothing yet.

I thought that with the second i'd feel movement earlier, but havent! Am i silly to worry, ive got just over a week till my second scan

I don't really know the answer because I am on my first but wanted to bump for you and suggest you could have an anterior placenta like me? I didn't feel any definite movements til well after 20 weeks because of it.

I'm on my third and the movements appear to be a lot more sporadic then the other 2 pregnancies. I felt something for a week or two and then nothing! It's only now at 23 weeks that I am feeling them everyday. I also second what sierra says, I have an anterior placenta and have done with each pregnancy so depends where the baby is lying if I feel it or not! Try not to worry and fill your week with lots of things to make it go quicker :)

I'm in my second pregnancy and didn't feel much movement til about 20 weeks - it had definitely been earlier in my first pregnancy. I wouldn't worry too much. Your midwife should be able to give you some reassurance at your next appointment.
