Achey breaky bump

Morning all,

I'm 30 weeks and for the past few days my bump has been rock hard and feeling heavy and achey. The aches aren't painful as such, just uncomfortable, a bit like if I've been wearing trousers that are too tight. Dr Google has told me a few things, from the baby has just changed position, right to certain impending doom. Anyone else feeling the same thing or can share any thoughts?

Braxton hicks? Used to make my bump solid, sometimes would last a while. Baby might have its back to your tummy now too which obviously makes bump more solid than if you have 4 limbs at the front. You want it to settle that way as it's the best position for birth!
