Am I right in thinking that their returns policy of a year as long as its in unused condition means that you could buy early, then if it turns out not to be the sex you expect return it?

Never used them before, and it seemed to indicate that but mentioned a buggy, but I wondered if that was just an example. Scanner said looks like a girl, and I have seen the perfect bouncer, but if she turned out to be a he, I don't think he would be happy in a pink one

And was I right in reading on here some time ago that they are highly rated for being good, reliable and have a good customer service support?

Oh Gawd....although I usually use mothercare..and have heard loads complain about that but I have never had any problems. Suppose there going to be good and bad for everywhere, but why can't there just be somewhere that isnt lol.

It was bounty I read it on, I knew I read it on one lol.

I used Kiddicare two weeks ago and are now a little bit in love with them.
Lots of communication, fast delivery, and a one hour slot!

I've used kiddicare a lot and I quite like it tbh.. its one of my top 8 sites visited according to google crome.

Don't like the 0845 number you have to ring if you need to phone them but I love the way they communicate with you and you can rearrange delivery times if you know you're going to be out with a quick text message.

Its not completely free to return it though since you have to pay for the return postage and on an item like a buggy that could be quite expensive. How much is the bouncer you wanted? would it really be worth paying the return fee when you consider the price of it? I'd just wait to get it tbh. Since you might find another you like before hand and if you don't delivery is next day anyway.
