is it pee or is it something else?

I few times now I have had fluid leaking when I stand up and I dont think its pee.

Has anyone else had this? Do your waters break regulary and re-form?

Im 24 weeks, im not really concerned, but if it happens more often I might be.

not to be crude or anything, but what does it smell like? your waters should not be going at 24 weeks, but from around that time you can have increased watery discharge, and if your pelvic floor isn't too good, that can also be part of it..

amniotic fluid has a distinctive sweetish, straw-like smell - you'll know what I mean when you smell it.

thats not crude at all. Mmmmm sweet smelling, yeah it doesnt smell like pee.

Im seeing the midwife on friday so maybe I should ask her abot it.

I go to pregnancy yoga and do pelvic floor there so hopefully Im ok in that. Maybe I will search the net a bit and see what it says.

Sounds a bit stupid - but maybe collect a sample - not sure if that might help or not - but... welll - you never know. If you are worried though - make an earlier appt.
