Tha nhs do classes but each area is different.Portsmouth is 2 evenings or a sat. You will meet lovely families but only briefly. The nct focus a lot on making friends and supporting each other. Portsmouth and Gosport also do great aqua natal classes and breast feeding classes where you can meet other mums. your midwife should have details of whats on in your area and how to book classes.
