Pins and needles in the top centre of rib cage!!

Hi everyone
I'm 28 weeks today and for the last week or two im getting pins and nedeles just at the top centre of my rib cage (ie just below my boobs)...just wondering if anyone else has had that?
assume its something with baby moving position (and due to bi-cornuate uterus im likely to be breech)but just wanted to check!

If your baby is breech you'll definitely feel something up at the top. Mine felt like her head was going to come through my ribs at some points and stopped me eating sometimes. Can you ask your MW or similar on the next check?
