Measuring small

Not sure there is any advice to be given - I'm just sort of worrying and venting.

I have had a really fraught pregnancy, something of a rollercoaster and at 34 weeks thought I'd finally reached the home straight.

Saw the MW today and I am measuring 4cm smaller than I ought to be. Fundus measurement has been bang on throughout the rest of the pregnancy (although at 22wk scan baby was on the small size. I had a scan at 28 wks and baby had grown sufficiently for consultant not to consider it an issue although she was still at the bottom of the scale)

I am due to see the consultant later this week (as I was due to be induced 36/37 weeks) so will have a scan on Thursday anyway but now worried that given the baby was small when fundus was "correct" chances are she really is going to be very small now Sad

Thursday seems such a long time to wait Sad

i'm purportedly having a small baby. measured on 5th centile at 36 weeks and previously when i had other growth scans.

i had to wait 3 weeks for the last scan because of the xmas holidays.

I have other complications - bicornuate uterus, which means in my case the bump doesn't have enough room to grow.

however, i'm 41 weeks tomorrow and MW thinks all is ok.

please don't panic and if you are worried, phone your MW again.

do you have any symptoms or reasons for extra concern?
