Oh I'm in such a tissy! I woke up this morning feeling a little under the weather. Sore tight tummy, followed by diarrhoea which has had me running to the loo every 20 or 30 minutes for the last 3 hours!
I am 32 weeks and totally freaking out that this is going to harm the baby. Esp. as a friend of mine had a still born which I think has heightened my concern about every little twinge!
My DH and SIL ate the same as I did last night and are also feeling ill.
Advise please?

I would worry too much as long as you aren't getting dehydrated.

Perhaps ring your mw to put your mind at rest?

I dont think its too serious, Ive had diarrhoea on and off all through my pregnancy, maybe you ate something thats not agreeing with your pregnant self even though you might have eaten it before. Maybe the baby is sitting on your bowels.

Just keep your fluids up, and if it gets to much I agree with Nipples ring your midwife just to be on the safe side.

Poor thing. Am glad you're feeling better. I had diarrhoea for several days the week before last (was only 10 wks at the time). My GP said that if you keep fluids up, as long as you'res till weeing then baby is still getting all the fluid it needs, and your body has loads of nutrients stored to keep it going whilst you're not up to eating.
