anti histamines/itchy nipples on going saga

Hi folks

well they are back- the itchy nipples saga- and they are really getting on my last nerve.

When i went to my doc about 2 weeks ago she gave me E45 wash and hydrocorsitone (dont know how to spell it)

Anyway....here were are....2 weeks later....itchyness is back with a bang, nipples are all cracked, horrible looking and have def seen better days.

Can i take something for the actual itching like piriton ??

Piriton is the only antihistamine safe to take in pregnancy and I have to take them almost every day as I have multiple allergies :( The problem with them is that they are only a sedative so try take at night.
Even though I take them regularly I still sleep like a baby when I've had them.

Have you tried using an oil on them? Helps me. Plus wearing a bra in bed may stop them moving around and rubbing.
