Parcetamol - ok in early pregnancy

Have banging headache caused by old neck injury, is it ok to take paracetamol?

Thank goodness. Just looked on NHS website, it said it was ok too so will take some. Can't work out if its the headache of morning sickness making me throw up! Oh the joys!

Ive just had 10 weeks of morning sickness day and night. to be honest it was the headaches making me throw up more than the sickness itself. I hope you feel better soon.

ahhhhhhhhh! Thats so much better! Have a work christmas party tonight (cancelled due to snow) so can face that now!
