I'm 29 weeks with DD, it's my 2nd pregnancy and I'm carrying very differently from my DS. She is laying very low in my pelvis. Not passed my belly button once! She's very active which I love feeling but I'm starting to get pains in my pelvis etc - I don't think it's anything serious and probably because of how she's lying but just wondered if anyone else has similar experience?

hi shuv..
yeah i am same. i am 32 weeks now and just few days ago my daughter moved a bit up (i think because she got a lot bigger) before that i was carrying her very low and could feel and see(!!) her moving which sometimes was very painful. sometimes i had an impression she is kiciking my bits. lol

i think your little girl will move a bit up when she gets bigger (but not very high like mine) doctor told me that everything is ok and its just the way she likes. every baby got favourite spot so there is nothing to worry about.

the worst bit is i cant sit straight coz i feel like i am squasing her and she get very angry lol.

good luck and dont worry about it she will be fine!

hi shuv,
im carrying my little boy low, and started with pelvic pain about 27 weeks ( im 33 now) i got referred to physio who gave me a support belt to lift my bump, apparently its called pelvic Girlde Pain (PGP) and it is really common, you can suffer in pregnancy but not another! the belt helped alot, so it might be worth mentioning it to your MW!

hope this helps :)

Yeah I'm the same, in the last few days I've been getting movements above my belly button - I think she's moved position but mostly its really low down, like right in my knicker area! Very uncomfortable and pressure on bladder is awful too!!! Am 27 weeks today! xx

Oooh sympathise. Last couple of days I've felt very strained - as though I've been doing too much exercise rather than anything sharper or more crampy. 25 weeks now and touch wood smooth so far, I am doing my best to take the hint I should slow down but so much to do! m/w appt this Friday shall see if I get through next week.
