Hi

after reading and agreeing with the rudeness of was it planned question

how many of you are asked WHEN YOU HAVE JUST HAD A BABY AND IN TH EARLY WEEKS

if you are going to have any more

having another baby is not on my mind right now!

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

yes i had it loads after dd was born, really peed me off cause like you it was the last thing on my mind, i was only just getting over the birth of my first, like i would be thinking of having another!!

this was 5 years ago and i have had the question asked every week sinceGrin well it feels like it!

Just say you are already pregnant again, seems to shut them up in my experience Blush

debka · 26/01/2011 21:11

Didn't mind that at all, couldn't wait to get pg again.

sh77 · 26/01/2011 21:13

It was so awful when people said to "you'll have another one" after DD passed away.

Pippaandpolly · 26/01/2011 21:27

sh77 I can't believe people could be so crass Angry. I'm so sorry for your loss.

lizandlulu · 26/01/2011 22:08

oh well if oyu have lost one then you can laways have another?? thats so insensitiveSad

blondieminx · 26/01/2011 22:35

sh77 sorry you encountered such an insensitive idiot...very sorry for your loss :(

people always want to look to the future though eh... when you get engaged it's all when are you getting married, will you have a family. As soon as you have a baby then people want to know if you'll have more. Do find that bluntly saying "well it took us a long time to conceive and we had a mc before dd" shuts them up sharpish.... Hmm
