Hi, I'm 25 weeks on Friday and my bump has noticeably dropped today. A couple of people at work also commented on it so I know I'm not imagining it. Is this a normal thing to happen? It's my first baby and I just thought the bump would drop much later in the pregnancy. Hope you can put my mind at rest!

mine dropped at 23 weeks, its different with everyone your baby has probably just changed position, my tummy is really really low (im 28+3) if your worried speak to your midwife

Shouldn't worry too much - baby must have changed position, will probably find out at next mw appt. Do you feel more pressure down below around the pubic bone? I'm "on my third" and also 25+ wks and cannot believe how uncomfortable it feels down there... my baby is currently head down.

Thanks so much for those speedy replies. Phew! I already feel relieved. Smile I'm seeing my midwife on Monday so will chat to her but I don't feel the need to panic anymore! Thanks ladies

phonix sorry you're feeling so uncomfortable already. Hopefully baby will change position again to give you some relief.

Thanks Seabrook! I think it's probably because it's my 3rd - everything from neck below must be so loose Grin. I also had this feeling with my other two but much later. Hope your appt next week goes weel.
