Grilled stilton - safe to eat?

I've got the biggest craving for a grilled stilton sandwich. I know that cooked blue cheeses are ok, but is grilling cooked enough?

TIA

I'd grill it well! Plan to do the same with some stinky brie in near future. enjoy!

(I get by blue cheese fix making mushroom/broccolli pasta with a blue cheese sauce - HEAVY on the cheese :))

I would...but then I've eaten most things you should...!!

IMO if your body is telling you to eat a grilled stilton sandwich then eat the sandwich...just don't eat lots, my just one small bit to help your craving...!

Most things you shouldn't...duhhh

It was my plan to grill it until the cheese goes brown, and my Nana bought me a temperature probe (no idea why), so I'll check that it's hot enough

Thanks

Call me reckless, but I'm sure you'll be fine :)

I burnt my mouth on the cheese.

Hope you enjoyed it. I love Stilton so eagerly cooked some up and couldn't stomach it...mind you my tastes have generally reverted to that of a toddler during this pregnancy .
