I'm 21+1 now and thinking more about preparing myself for LO's arrival. I've done sod all very little exercise - save walking the dog - up to now, mainly due to a bleeding scare but feel confident to do a bit more now :)
Totally skint (DP been made redundant recently) so need to do stuff at home.
I know I need to be careful not to overdo it, so dug out my swiss ball, blown the dust off and pumped it up thinking I could use it for gentle exercise.
What next? I can't find the DVD that came with the ball
and don't want to do anything wrong - can anyone recommend a good routine to follow or a DVD I could buy?
