Is paracetemol safe to take in pregnancy?
I have another migraine coming on and i really need to make it go away.

yeah, paracetamol is, but not ibuprofen, and don't take aspirin without medical advice.

Been told by Dr and pharmacist that it's the only one which is safe.

Midwife recommended I take paracetemol for SPD ? it's safe. If you have the NHS Pregnancy Book, there is advice on p33 about what medicines you can take for minor ailments (see link if not).

Yes its fine.

I have SPD and have been taking it every 4-5 hours as I was in so much pain.
