HELP, am I having an early miscarriage?!

I am bleeding way before my period is due. end of ovulation was a few days ago. I felt very nauseous and horrible tummy pains all morning and still now. Just went to the bathroom and i have very thin light-red blood coming out of my vagina. never had blood like it! am I having a very early miscarriage? I'm worried :-(

Sorry I'm a bit confused - have you had a positive pregnancy test? Could it just be that your period has come very early? People often feel nauseous from PMT, I think its from the progesterone that the body produces around this time. What sort of tummy pains are you having?

PS What's your GP like? Maybe you could get an emergency appointment for today if you're worried.

It is too early to test. But have been SWI-ing a lot this month.

my period never comes early. Sometimes it doesn't come for 50 days but NEVER early! This blood is thin and light and I have never had it like this. no chance at seeing GP till tomorrow but I'm worried now!!!

could it be implantation? is blood different for implantation?

Sorry I've never had an implantation bleed, though I believe it's less bleeding than a period. What day are you in in your cycle?

Implantation happens around 9 days after ovulation. All my implantation bleeds have been small streaks of blood or light pink discharge and around same time period due.

IMO it does not sound like a MC. A very early MC would happen around the time of your period or a few days after as embryo failed to implant. You could still get a positive preg test due to presence of HCG but, again, around time of period..

Ok it has stopped now, very weird. If I hadn't gone to the loo and wiped and looked I don't think I would have noticed it. maybe I have judged my ovulation wrong. Maybe it was earlier than I thought. The thing is I took a test on Monday that was negative obviously that was too early to test but I don't want another negative because it is upsetting!
