I am one week in to the TWW at the moment and feeling awful!!

I feel really sick but hungry and at the risk of TMI... I am having tummy pains like the ones you get with diarrhea but without diarrhea!!!

Anyone got these symptoms in very early pregnancy???

Ahhh, I took a test when I was week late and it was very faint but I could tell I was pregnant.
You can have implantation pains at the beginning so it may be that.
I would take a test x

no lucy the TWW is the time from SWI (shagging with intent) to when you period is due so I can't test yet!!!! :-(

You can try the First Response early result test. It may give you a BFP 6 days before you are late. I got a strong positive 8 days after ovulation. If you are already feeling sick it could be because your hormone levels are already high enough to detect. Just keep in mind that if it is negative you may still get a BFP in a week.

Thanks Magen I will try it!

Hi readytobeamum, I got a faint positive yesterday with the clear blue colourchange tip test with the plus sign. That was 8or9 DPO. Then another pos this am which was less faint. FR was pos too this am but fainter than clear blue. Good luck.

Ok I am now very worried. I just went to the loo and there is very thin light red blood coming out of my vagina. It is way too early for my period I am never this early, and with all the tummy pains and nausea am I having an early miscarriage? :-(

Relax....I know it's easier said than done. I believe that this may be implantation bleeding. Hang on in there girl. FX for you. You are ok to take paracetamol for your discomfort, I believe. Just don't take ibuprofen. Good luck.

ready, both times I have got the tummy pains too. I spend the first 2-3 weeks of pregnancy feeling as though I'm about to have a stomach upset. I get mild nausea too.

I looked it up in one of my pregnancy books and apparently it is quite a common symptom in early pregnancy.
